I had a kitchen faucet installed today. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call. The plumber arrived ready for business. Quietly did his job and was finished quickly. Super professional and confident. I highly recommend

Had a major leak in my kitchen, found Rite Plumbing & Heating, asked to fix ASAP. In 1-1.5 hrs they came and fixed quickly. Plumber was super friendly. Plus actually explained root cause. Will be my go-to from now on for sure.

I had an excellent experience with Rite Plumbing & Heating! They installed a smart toilet for me, and their professionalism and friendliness were top-notch! Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! Easy-breezy process from start to finish! Excellent!

UPDATE: the owners reached out to me immediately and expressed that their booking system is still working the kinks out, he was very humble and I felt very taken care of. They came and took care of the job immediately now that's a true study in good customer service! I scheduled an appointment on the web site. . A week later after I arranged to take off work, plan my schedule around this appointment I get an 830p voicemail the night before saying I wasn't in their service area. (Bronx). Nothing on site about areas on New York City you don't service and the website lets you schedule and confirms it in emails. Steer clear unless you like to waste valuable time.

Major bathroom leak at 2 AM and called Rite Plumbing. First off they are actually 24/7. Paid premium but c'mon that's 2 am and the job was done flawlessly

I'd highly recommend Rite Plumbing & Heating. I looked at multiple plumbing companies through manhattan who were able to apply for building permits and found Rite Plumbing to offer the most competitive price and fair. I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasn't very helpful. Rite Plumbing was very responsive and helpful through this process, they answered and returned all my calls. The installation went smoothly and did not require any rescheduling.

We had a leak and a short window to have it fixed, these guys were AWESOME! Our building required paperwork prior to having them come , they had everything sorted within the same day . Extremely nice and proffesional. Highly recommend!

I contacted Rite Plumbing & Heating to do several repairs on a steam radiator. They arrived when they promised, did a thorough/neat/quick repair, and were very careful about cleanup. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended.
